Rick Story founded Pallet Repair Services (PRS) in Dallas, TX in 1992, while working full time for the Dallas Morning News. For several years, Rick ran PRS during the day and worked at the newspaper at night. Not only was he the company's owner, he was its sole salesman and driver for six years. By 2019, the year the company was acquired by PLA, Rick's hard work and dedication had grown PRS into an ~$18 million revenue business with 90 employees.
